The Office of 教员事务 & 发展 (FAD), located within the Division of Academic Affairs at 基督教社会联盟DH, is responsible for professional, 人员, and labor relation services for Unit 3 Faculty Unit Employees (i.e., tenured and tenure-track faculty, 讲师, 图书馆员, 教练, 辅导员, teaching associates, graduate assistants, and instructional student assistants).

Mission Statement
